It’s the last week of January, are you charging forward on your New Years resolution to get healthy and fit? All too often, those resolutions have fallen by the wayside by now with the demands of our day to day lives. You can still jump back on the train and move toward your goals!

  • Tell others about your plans
  • Sign up for a local race
  • Join a group fitness class
  • Make a new music mix to workout to
  • Reward yourself for reaching small goals too!
  • Schedule your workout time
  • Find a workout buddy
