On April 10, 2009 five American soldiers were killed by a suicide bomber in Mosul, Iraq. SFC Bryan E. Hall, of Elk Grove, was one of those soldiers. This walk is to honor him and all American Soldiers who are serving our country. All proceeds from the walk will be split to establish a scholarship for an Elk Grove High School senior and to contribute to the education fund for SFC Hall's three-year old daughter, Addison. Please bring your family and join us on April 10, 2010 for a lovely 5K (3.1 miles) walk in Elk Grove Regional Park. The walk begins at 10:00 a.m., ending with a delicious lunch provided by Outback Steakhouse.
