My Gym Classes
We offer an exhilarating, non-competitive program where children 6 weeks to 13 years develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Our state-of-the-art facility features custom designed equipment manufactured exclusively for My Gym. Each week when youngsters enter our doors, they find a completely new gym floor setup and participate in a fresh class program as well. That means a new and stimulating experience every week!
Our structured, age-appropriate, weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and other original activities. We maintain an exceptionally low student to teacher ratio; and our extensively trained staff is committed to nurturing children, treating them with understanding and positive reinforcement, maintaining a supportive and noncompetitive atmosphere, and making learning fun and exciting. Our unique class programs are formulated so that youngsters will succeed.
My Gym kids have loads of fun as they develop strength balance, coordination, fine and gross motor proficiency, agility, flexibility and social skills. The most important benefit the children gain, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem.
My Gym Birthdays
We create the perfect celebration, designed with your child's favorite activities and exciting, age-appropriate birthday games and adventures, including a special ride on My Gym’s famous Space Flight!! We provide 1 ½ hours of nonstop fun, and the entire party would focus on your child. You can relax and enjoy the party because our experienced teaching staff handle everything including the planning, set-up, decorating, and, of course, cleanup!! You would also have exclusive use of our state-of-the-art-facility!
My Gym Summer Camp
A half day of gymnastics, arts and crafts, story time, music, sports and much more. My Gym Camp was created to enhance physical development and a sense of individual success. We make our classes easy on parents with our drop-off program, and keep things fresh with our weekly themes. Our number one goal is your child's growth and development!
Our Camp program is designed for kids ages 3 - 9 years (must be potty trained). To challenge the children accordingly, Campsters (3 - 5 1/2) and Super Campsters (5 1/2 - 9) will be divided into age appropriate groups.
