Well it's time for YOU to learn the easy to follow patterns choreographed to R&B and Hip Hop Music! Nowhere else will you be taught the hottest, latest, line dances! Come check it out and improve your dancing ability, self confidence and coordination!

Tanya, JD & Sheila have joined forces to bring Soul Line Dancing back to Northern California!!

What is Soul Line Dancing?

Fun, Fun and more Fun! Soul Line Dancing encourages the recruitment of folks of all walks of life, without regard to race, creed, origin, sex or age into the world of dance. Our classes are hassle free and affordable.

D2DR is committed to the idea of healthier lifestyles. Our classes will introduce each student to the R&B/Soul line dance experience while simultaneously exposing him or her to a unique and fun filled cardiovascular workout. This is Line Dance Aerobics. Each line dance is a low impact but high energy choreographed workout designed to target the cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and pump fun through your veins.

Our classes are open to men and women at all fitness levels, all ages and all ethnic groups. 60 and 120 minute workouts are designed to burn approximately 500–600 calories.

Helping seniors, mentoring youth, promoting wellness and improving the quality of life in the community, defines Dance 2D Rhythm Studio. We are a studio with a purpose.

While the primary focus is to promote the ideas of dance as a major component to wellness, it is the desire of D2DR to “make a difference” in the lives of all people from all walks of life.

This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY studio so bring the children with you! We will have disco lights to set the 'mood' and as we grow will add to the party...
